Guesthouse Kokoyui has one building in Shingu City, Wakayama Prefecture, and two in Nachikatsuura Town. You can rent the entire house and stay with your family or group as a private space.

The concept of Koko Yui is to connect hearts, and we hope that our guests will develop deeper relationships of trust with their family and friends through their stay at Koko Yui and their sightseeing in Nanki, so we have prepared everything to help you have that experience.

Each house is fully equipped with kitchen items, so you can enjoy a private stay as if you were at home. We hope you enjoy your stay at Koko Yui.

Situated in the small town of Shimosato, Kokoyui Guesthouse is a unique way to experience Wakayama Prefecture.

Built-in the Taisho era, this family home is over 100 years old, and many of the original cypress and cedar structures are still visible.
